We are fully responsible for the integrity and security of your data and the uninterrupted service but only in terms of server operation. However, Digimouse is not responsible for the CONTENT of the server and it can’t guarantee its proper functionality. The client is responsible for the maintenance and the settings tweaking of the scripts, pages or other apps that he/she uploads, as well as for the updates etc. Failure to do so might lead in data loss, malware code injection, problems in operation etc.
We can provide webmastering services at a nominal price so you can be sure that your website will always be fine tuned and in excellent condition.
Software updates (templates, apps, scripts, components, addons, modules etc) where a subscription has expired. In this case, we inform you about the extra cost and we proceed only upon your acceptance.
This service is for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes only. It doesn’t apply to code changes, development, design jobs or anything similar.
